The Job Hunt

So as many of you know our economy absolutely sucks right now. I've been searching for a job for about 2 months now, been looking everywhere and I mean everywhere. The site I use most to look for a job is www.craigslist.com. I have had 3-4 interviews but they never come through. They always tell me that the position has been filled. So a couple nights ago I sent my resume to like 20 different adds posted on craigslist hoping I'd find something. I go all day today without a single phone call so I got my hopes up and started looking again on craigslist. Well here comes 7 o'clock and the phone rings. My roommate answered it and told me it was for me. I asked if it was a guy or a girl on the phone and he said girl. I assumed it was my friend Karla cause she was the only one I was expecting a call from. So I take the phone and it wasn't her. Come to find out it was a lady from the comany American Executive Office Suites. I got an interview!!! I interview technically today in 5 hours since it is 5:30 in the morning to be a receptionist for the company. I'm super excited because the lady on the phone said the main manager of the company looked at my resume and wanted me to come in for an interview, mind you I don't have that great of a resume. I'm stoked. Hmmm, I'm trying to figure out if that last sentance was a run on! Oh well, it makes sence to me! Anyways the website for the company I am interviewing for is www.amexsuites.com if anyone is interested in what the company is and does. For now I'm off to bed to get some sleep before I have to go!
